  1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Unworn & New: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
  • Original Packaging: It must be returned in the original jewelry box and pouch, with all tags attached (if applicable).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
  1. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, all earrings (pierced) are final sale unless they arrived defective.
  • Custom & Engraved Pieces: Items that have been personalized or made to order.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event (discounted 40% or more).
Note: If you return a non-returnable item without prior authorization, we reserve the right to deny the refund and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned to you.
  1. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@confiter.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Approval: If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the shipping address.
  • Packing: Securely pack the items in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of standard shipping may be deducted from your refund if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold (optional, depends on store policy).
  1. 90-Day Warranty (Defective Items)

We offer a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • Covered: Broken clasps, loose stones, or significant plating defects upon arrival.
  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental breakage (e.g., pulled chains), lost items, or tarnishing/fading caused by exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or skin oils (improper care).
If you believe you have received a defective item, please email support@confiter.com immediately with clear photos of the issue.
  1. International Returns

For orders shipped outside of the United States:
  • We accept international returns under the same conditions as domestic returns.
  • Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We cannot refund any import duties or taxes paid by you upon receipt of the original order.
  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
