At Confiter, we are dedicated to delivering your new jewelry to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that "Shipping Time" does not include the time it takes to process and pack your order.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Black Friday), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package once it has left our warehouse.
Note: Custom-made or personalized items require an additional 5 business days for production.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Confiter is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, the shipping cost and return fees will be deducted from your refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Confiter is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • "Delivered" but not received: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your building manager. Confiter is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Tip: We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance for orders over $100.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@confiter.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
